My Services
-
Eclectic Therapy
Some therapists stick to one modality and use it for all clients. I prefer to get to know the client first, then decide what will work best for them.
-
How I Work
I am a therapist who likes to ask a lot of questions, and challenges my clients to explore new insights. I try to get my clients to see things from different perspectives.
-
Insurance
Pacific Mental Health (the company that I work for) takes most major insurances. We have a great billing team that handles all insurance and payments.
-
Cadence
I see most clients on a weekly basis. However, I am able to follow your pace at any cadence that feels best (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). You are free to change the cadence at anytime too.
-
Confidentiality
Everything you say stays between us.*
Confidentiality is crucial for me to hold so that we can build trust together.
*There are limits to confidentiality
-
Supervised
I am supervised by a licensed Washington supervisor who oversees all my clients and is ready to offer additional support if needed.
*I am currently in the process of becoming fully licensed as an LMHC.
What does therapy with me look like?
-
You are an adult with your own goals towards working on being more introspective. You may be looking for change or a new perspective. Maybe you are looking for a new authentic way to live your life. And maybe you are needing a bit of help navigating difficult experiences.
-
I am tele-health only at the moment. The client guides the sessions and I am there to help. Imagine it as you are driving the car, and I’m in the passenger seat helping navigate. Sessions should feel comfortable and safe. Sessions may look like having a conversation about what’s going on, then me asking some probing questions or challenging you on perspective. I sometimes assign “homework” at the end of sessions. Sessions may sometimes feel difficult or discomforting, but that’s part of the process!

I am well equipped to work with most diagnoses and symptoms. However, my expertise is within identity building (especially queer identities), self-acceptance, as well as sex, kink, and sexual addiction. I also am strong at helping build self-confidence, self-worth, and self-compassion practices.
